Elysian Capital Press Release 10.29.2026

A New Team. A Clear Purpose. Sean Astolfo Leads Elysian Capital Into Its Next Chapter.

New President and CEO assembles executive leadership team to rebuild operations, strengthen financial stability, and advance strategic opportunities across healthcare, construction, and restaurants

DALLAS, Texas — October 29, 2026 — Elysian Capital is entering a new chapter under the leadership of Sean Astolfo, President and Chief Executive Officer, who is advancing a comprehensive strategy focused on strengthening the company's businesses, rebuilding financial and operational stability, and creating long-term opportunities across healthcare, construction, and restaurant operations.

Following the transition of executive leadership from Jeffrey Love, Astolfo has assumed responsibility for the company's strategic direction, organizational leadership, and ongoing business initiatives. His approach centers on assembling an experienced executive team, addressing legacy challenges, strengthening business relationships, and establishing a sustainable foundation for future growth.

Since assuming leadership, Astolfo has assembled a dedicated team of professionals with complementary experience and a shared commitment to rebuilding the organization. Under his direction, the team is focused on restoring operational accountability, strengthening financial oversight, and advancing strategic initiatives across Elysian's business interests. Together, they are working to establish a stronger foundation for the company's future.

"I selected this team because of the experience, determination, and personal commitment each individual brings to the organization," said Astolfo. "We inherited significant challenges, but we also recognize the opportunities in front of us. Our focus is on taking responsibility, finding solutions, and building businesses that employees, communities, and partners can believe in."

Rebuilding Trust. Strengthening the Foundation.

Under Astolfo's leadership, Elysian Capital is undertaking a coordinated effort to address outstanding financial and operational obligations while establishing greater transparency and accountability across its businesses.

The executive team is actively reviewing financial information, reconciling outstanding commitments, negotiating with landlords and creditors, restoring vendor relationships, and addressing construction and property-related matters. These efforts are designed to strengthen the company's financial position, improve operational efficiency, and create a more stable environment for employees and business partners.

Rather than pursuing growth without a sustainable foundation, Astolfo's strategy emphasizes disciplined financial management, realistic operating plans, and responsible allocation of resources. "Rebuilding confidence takes more than making promises. It takes follow-through," said Astolfo. "When we sit down with an employee, landlord, lender, vendor, or potential partner, we need to be transparent about where we stand, establish realistic expectations, and follow through on our commitments. That is how we intend to earn trust and move this organization forward."

Advancing Beef-A-Roo's Next Chapter

Through the independent restaurant operating company BAR II Op-Co, LLC, Astolfo and Wise are advancing efforts to restore Beef-A-Roo restaurant operations while preserving the brand's longstanding community relationships and creating new opportunities for restaurant professionals. Under Jeremy Wise's executive leadership, BAR II Op-Co has secured restaurant locations across Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Arkansas, and Kentucky, with additional locations in Michigan, Texas, and Kansas under negotiation.

Partnerships with Bob Grottke and Alex Edwards of Corparoo, LLC, have been instrumental in preserving Beef-A-Roo's presence in Rockford, Illinois, where the brand originated. These efforts reflect a commitment to protecting the brand's heritage, supporting experienced restaurant employees, and restoring operations in the communities that have supported Beef-A-Roo for generations.

A central component of the restaurant strategy is BAR II Op-Co's Owner-Operator Partnership Program, designed to provide experienced general managers with a structured opportunity to own and personally operate individual Beef-A-Roo restaurants. "Some of the most talented people in the restaurant industry are the general managers who have spent years building teams, serving customers, and making their locations successful," said Astolfo. "We want to create opportunities for those individuals to become owners, invest in their communities, and build something they can call their own."

A New Era for Total Point Healthcare

Healthcare represents a significant component of Astolfo's broader strategic vision, highlighted by his acquisition of Total Point Healthcare and its parent companies, bringing the organization's 27-location network across Texas, Missouri, and Arkansas under new ownership.

Originally founded by Jeffrey Love, Total Point developed into a regional network of urgent care centers and freestanding emergency departments before experiencing significant financial and operational challenges following the withdrawal of investor support. Despite those setbacks, Love remained committed to preserving the organization. Working collaboratively, Love and Astolfo reached a settlement with the former investors, clearing the way for a transition in ownership and a comprehensive rebuilding initiative.

Astolfo, who previously served as Total Point's Chief Operating Officer, now leads the network with firsthand knowledge of its facilities, operations, and long-term potential. Under his ownership, Total Point has secured approximately 20 leases throughout East Texas and the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, with additional locations under negotiation in San Antonio, Houston, and surrounding markets. The organization is also working directly with landlords, lenders, and vendors to address outstanding obligations, restore business relationships, and establish sustainable financial arrangements ahead of reopening.

The company's vision extends beyond its traditional urgent and emergency care model. Planned services include primary care, pediatrics, freestanding emergency departments, surgical centers supported by partnering physicians and surgeons, personal injury care, pain management, medical aesthetics, and wellness services.

A particular emphasis will be placed on rural and underserved communities, where access to essential and specialized healthcare services remains limited. Total Point is also actively recruiting physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to support its expanding clinical network. "Total Point had the locations, the patients, and the community support. What it lost was the financial backing necessary to continue," said Astolfo. "Jeff Love built something worth preserving, and he never stopped fighting for it. Our responsibility now is to rebuild the organization on a stronger foundation, expand access to quality healthcare, and create something patients and communities can depend on for years to come."

Facilities will reopen through a phased approach as staffing, financial readiness, licensing, regulatory approvals, and operational requirements are completed.

Construction, Real Estate, and Operational Development

In addition to its healthcare and restaurant initiatives, Elysian Capital is strengthening its approach to construction, real estate, and facility development.

Under the direction of Astolfo and his team, the company is evaluating existing construction obligations, coordinating with contractors and property stakeholders, and developing strategies to support the completion, improvement, and operation of facilities across its business interests.

These efforts are intended to improve project oversight, strengthen financial accountability, and ensure that future development decisions align with the organization's operational and financial objectives.

By coordinating construction, real estate, finance, and operations through a unified leadership structure, Elysian aims to create greater efficiency and consistency across its business initiatives.

Strategic Investment and Long-Term Growth

As Elysian Capital advances its rebuilding and expansion strategies, the organization is pursuing relationships with banks, private investment groups, institutional capital partners, and experienced industry professionals.

Strategic investment and financing relationships will play an important role in supporting restaurant reopenings, healthcare facility development, construction initiatives, and the long-term financial stability of the businesses involved.

Astolfo's approach emphasizes clearly defined opportunities, responsible financial structures, transparent communication, and partnerships built around shared objectives. "We have made meaningful progress, but carrying these initiatives forward requires the right financial backing and the right partners," said Astolfo. "We want investors who understand the opportunities, recognize the challenges, and share our commitment to building sustainable businesses. Whether the opportunity is in healthcare, construction, or restaurants, our priority is creating long-term value through responsible leadership and execution."

Building Something People Can Believe In

For Astolfo and his leadership team, Elysian Capital's next chapter represents more than an executive transition. It reflects a renewed commitment to accountability, operational excellence, and the people whose livelihoods and communities are connected to the organization's businesses.

With Beef-A-Roo restaurant operations advancing across five states, Total Point Healthcare's 27-location network entering a new phase of rebuilding, and a dedicated executive team addressing financial and operational priorities, Astolfo and his team are establishing a foundation for long-term growth.

The vision is clear: build stronger businesses, restore confidence, create meaningful opportunities, and establish organizations that employees are proud to be part of, communities value, and investment partners can believe in.
